Sorry, that home at 230 Chestnut Dr, Covington  is not a lease purchase nor will they consider owner financing at this time.

I am not working with anyone.  My credit is really poor and I cannot qualify for a loan so I was looking for owner financing, rent to own, or lease purchase as long as the monthly payments are right.
