I saw the home on Rockhouse for under 25 K...I am capable and willing to repair a fixer that has it

I had worked in sales in the building industry for 20 plus years, now I am starting over and would like to buy a  really LOW priced fixer..I saw the home 185 Rockhouse in Lawrenceville for $ 23,900 built in 1947..This is perfect for just two of us..Any IDEAS on the best way to find a home that would be in this price range that we could call HOME ?
