Is this a good area to buy and rent out? What would the rental price run for this area? Thanks!

Is there a certain address within Pflugerville if you're considering? This city experienced a great deal of growth in the last decade, and continues to develop. It has had its fair share of foreclosures, and therefore there are some good buys there still. The average home price is off about 5% YTD over 2010 prices, but prices are rebounding.
Remember, we had the tax credit last year and that is skewing the numbers a bit. It is close to Dell and Samsung, so it's a great location for their employees. Currently, there's about a 5.4 month inventory of homes available.
Let me know where you're looking, and I can drill down deeper and give you neighborhood information, including lease rates for that area. Thanks for posting your question!

This listing has been a rental property for the past 7 years , even though it is currently vacant it can certainly work as an investment property.
