Pflugerville can be "affordable", but in Austin Real Estate, possibly more than other cities, you almost always get what you pay for. So, the most affordable properties in higher than normal foreclosure areas are higher risks than areas that may have lower foreclosure rates, but foreclosures tend to be limited to certain areas and specific communities (with exceptions--of course).
