Kyle is not an area I'm as familiar with althought I've sold a few homes down there. It's a growing community. New hospitals and schools. Lots of good shopping close by. Close to the airport and about 20 minutes from Downtown Austin. Depending on what you are looking for Kyle might be a good fit. Most of the neighborhoods are new. You can get a great price on homes. As far as it being safe. I've never hear of it being unsafe but those are things you need to look up online. As Realtors we are not allowed to say an area is safe. It puts us and our brokerage in an unfavorable position.
