I'm not sure which home you are talking about, but if it is a foreclosed homes sometimes the photos are taken after a home has been left vacant but before anyone has come through to remove the belongings. It has nothing to do with location. It's just an unfortunate part of the business when either a listing wasn't handled professionally by a Realtor or by the bank.
