I have seen several houses listed for sale, but when I look at the details, I see "Inactive". What does that mean? Are they still for sale or not? Thanks.
It means that the property is under contract. Sometimes they come back on the market if the buyer can't get financing or for a host of other reasons. If you have saved it as a favorite, you'll be able to see any changes.
It can also mean the property is no longer on the market for other reasons. Perrhaps the listing just expired, or the home has been taken off the market for other reasons but has not sold.
