Locust Point is one of the safest communities in the country.  It is located in South Baltimore near Fort McHenry. Close to the Inner Harbor.

There are many areas of Baltimore that offer favorable living conditions. I sell homes in and around the City regularly to clients who are happy with their choice of home. Give me a call so we can discuss what your needs and wants are in a home, where you are in the purchasing process, and how I can best assist you.

Hi Jaigirder

There are a lot of places that you can pick and choose.

The question, I have for you is    1.  How long would you like to commute and    2. What is your budget?

Once you have answer for these 2 question, I can suggest places for you.  I have sold nice town house close to the University Med. For 180K, only 4 years old with a garage.  There, buyer probably got lucky as it was a good buy.  Same people have looked at the heart  of the city and didn't like a whole lot.

So, let me know.  Din - 240-388-8789.
