I have been having HUGE problems with the dogs. I have 2 small dogs, and every condo document says the limit is 1 dog. Neither the condo owners nor the realtors know this. I just lost an offer because the seller couldn't get permission from the association for 2 dogs in a timely manner (one of the trustees lived out of area). So even if the agents tell you 2 dogs is no problem, don't believe them until you read the condo docs yourself.
