Place for dogs

I'm looking to buy a condo that accepts bigger dogs. We've got two that are both 45-50 pounds each. Both super well behaved and trained, "non-aggressive" breeds. Does anyone know of some complexes that accept dogs this size?

Re: Place for dogs

monkeybusiness,

Welcome to ZipRealty.com.  There are plenty of condo associations in the boston area that would have no issues with 2 dogs, I don't think that would be a huge problem.  We could probably help you better if you told us a little more specifically what part of town you were thinking.

Thanks,

Andy

Re: Place for dogs

We really like the Quincy area, and want to be close to a T station (within reasonable walking distance). A lot of places seem to set a weight limit at 25 or 35 pounds. At least that's what we've been running into. Thanks!

Re: Place for dogs

Hello,  I know of a lovely complex in Easton.  There is only breed restrictions, not weight.  If you are interested please email or call.  Sincerely, Tracy tracy.kok@ziprealty.com/508.463.6481

Re: Place for dogs

I am looking for a cheaper condo (under $80,000) 1 or 2br that also accepts dogs (mine are 42 & 55lbs).  I'd love the Norwood, Walpole, Foxboro, Mansfield, Canton, Stoughton or Randolph areas.  Let me know if there is anything.

Thanks

Re: Place for dogs

Looking for a nice place near Boston University that allows a small, non-aggressive breed. Less if more when it comes to the price. I'm on a student budget. Thanks.

Re: Place for dogs

I'm looking to be near BU, or someplace where I can commute easily.  I do have a mediu, spaniel who is super friendly, and am working on a college grad student budget. Help!

Re: Place for dogs

I wish I did.  The condo community is so strict and I find it so unfair.
