Im planning to move from Illinois to Waukegan, I just want some change of environment and place. I fell in love with a house being sold in Waukegan at such a great price. I don't know much about Waukegan, but I do know that I really like the house I came across with and by pictures, it seems that it is around a good neighborhood. Will moving to Waukegan be a good decision. I need some advice please help!
