my wife and I need some azssistance and advice.I am a veteran, and I have my VA Certificate which states that I can get tier two funding up to 307,000 loan guaranty. I am currently on disability, but my wife works for a major hospital. Between ther two of us , we have a income of alomst 110,000.00.
Our problem is the credit scores needed. Throughout the years, we have had assorted problems (job loss, medical bills, tickets, etc.) that we have worked hard to clear up. Still, our credit scores are still low (I have two scores in the 620 range, my wife before we paid her medical bills was in the 480 range).
I know that in today's economic times, requirements are tighter. Still, here are two people who want VERY BADLY to own, and is ready to make the rigfht move now! Is there anyone out there who can point us in the right direction?
