Whoa that`s a mortgage person`s question, from this moment on you need to work with a good lender/banker/mortgage bank to go over your dpayment money, credit score and verify your source of income. In the old days we had stated income loans where you state that your income is x and you got a loan and a house. Today you have to submit DNA samples and a geneology tree of every bill you have ever paid---just kidding but todays mortgage climate is tough. Talk to Dan Andersen at United Banc dan@unitedbancgroup.com 708-261-2665 he will answer questions quickly, Ralph

Hi,
That's a really good question.......the best thing to do is to check with a Mortgage Lender, unless this will be a fully Cash purchase?
I have a great Lender that can answer that question. If you email me direclty at ellen.rhodes@ziprealty.com, I can send back his contact information. Remember, the call is free! And he can put you on the path to being able to make your purchase!
