I am not finding anything there that is not a HOA. And why do all the house's have front garage instead of rear entry?

I will contact one of the local agents to see if they are able to answer this question for you.

I know it sometimes seems that there are a lot of HOA's around and there are but there are still a good number of homes in the LIttle Elm area and other areas throughout the DFW area that are not in HOA's. However, they are often older or outside the more formalized neighborhoods with fewer amenities that HOA's provide but they are out there. I would be happy to help you find some if you want to contact me. rutley@ziprealty.com
As for the garage entry that seems to vary from area to area but in general most neighborhoods don't have an alley system so entry is from the street. However, there are still some areas with rear and side enteries and a couple of them are in the Little Elm area like Savannah and Providence Village. However, both neighborhoods have HOA's.

Not all communities have HOA in Little Elm. We just need to check the listings if you are wanting to avoid an HOA fee.
Also, front entry garages are used when there is not an alley system.
Please call or email me if you have any other questions. I'll be happy to pull listings that meet your specific needs!
