Is there a way to find out why sales on this foreclosure have not gone through? I am very interested in this property, but don't want to walk into a losing situation! Thanks for any help you can provide!!

It appears this home was under an active option period(inspection) and then went pending,more than likely the buyer's financing fell through. It went back on the market as a active listing and then the listing agreement time expired and then a new listing agreement was signed and  it was put back on the market to a active status for this home.

I spoke with the listing agent and the Buyer was unable to secure financing for the property.  It is back on the market with an "active" status at this time.  Would you like to set up an appointment to see this home?
