Interested in location listed, how is school district, neighborhood, etc? Illinois resident

How is this neighborhood? Child friendly? How are the schools, have heard positive and negative. Which is it? Does anybody know from experience? Crime, stay at home moms, bully children, etc? Any info would be appreciated.

Hi,

  This is Mandy Amato, and I am one of the agents in this area with ZIP Realty.  I actually live one street away from this house, which is in the Copperfield area.   The school district is very good, which is Cy-Fair ISD.  There is a very good elementary school in this neighborhood, Lowery Elementary.  The neighborhood is quiet and very family oriented.  It's a good mix of young families and families with teen-aged children.  There is very little crime.  I walk my children and ride bikes in this neighborhood and never feel scared or worried about my surroundings.  I also used to teach in this school district and the schools in this area are very good.  Hope this helps!  Let me know if you would like any other information about the area.  I would be happy to help!
