Sugarland is a great city to move to.  Rated as one of America's safest and fasted growing small cities.  Average Residential Value is $257,476.  Sugarland is a cultural mecca with great schools and master planned communities.

Re: sugarland

I live in Sugar Land and have for 20+ years.  As you can tell I am biased as I like it very much. It has easy access to downtown, the medical center, Galleria and offers pretty much anything you would want in Houston.

Re: sugarland

Beware of the huge and growing cost of commuting to and from these far-flung communities of chain stores and strip malls. These homes so far from the city center may not be the bargain you think they are with gasoline costs continuing to rise.
