Interesting question I don't know much about the area. I look mainly in the South West and this is way north. I checked crime stats with North LV Police and they are low.
The prices are much lower imho than the areas I'm interested in or nicer Henderson. It looks to me like a great deal if you like the north west.
Next time I get a chance I think I will visit for a first hand look.
