Ok so if that is the case get the comparables for that type of unit.  Your realtor will do this if you ask. Usually you can get 5 or 6 recent sales of similar condos.  You will know exactely what to offer.  The market has been set for you.

LOL I just realized you said $100k.  We offered $100 dollars over.  In otherwords just over asking price.

Okay...now I am back to Earth...$100 over is a "NO-BRAINER" and for the conveniences of what you want, really shouldn't be an issue.  Now I can jump right back in there and go for it!!!

 

Thanks for clarifying $100 over and correcting my oversight of $100 K over...  I didn't think I saw it correctly but I always try to prepare for the worst case scenario.

I was looking at the Silverado Ranch listings.  I think you would also like where we bought "Tuscano" they are much alike.  A little smaller but newer. Right now there are about 5 2 bed available.  Check out  MLS#1165342
