I Have Heard That The Government Is In Need Of New HomeOwners, They are assisting In Down Payments, As well as Homes In Foreclosures, I will Be Honest, My Credit Is Not Good At All, How will I know If I can Qualify?

You would need to speak with a local lender in your area first to see if you qualify at all and then if there are any programs out in your area to help with homebuyer assistance.
