i make an offer for a home in short sales . how many days i must waiting to get the answer ?
and do i have a chance to upgrade my price ordirectly they choose the highest price offered ?

The agent that wrote the offer for you would be the best person to answer these questions.
In general, your offer first must be accepted by the owner of the home, then the short sale lender(s) and any other lien holders must approve the terms of the sale before a transaction can move forward.
There are a lot of variables with short sales, it can be very frustrating for buyers (and sellers) while waiting for decisions from all the involved parties.
