I have a house in the Crescent Bay estates of Clermont. we are a lakefront community off of lakeshore drive. Very nice area of Clermont. Never had a problem. That being said, our community recently had a house that was broken into. First known report in 20 years. I heard that an arrest was made and that the burglar was from Orlando. Apparently there are teams branching out to the suburbs to commit crimes.
Still, we feel safe and have not let that incident deter us from having a good feeling about Crescent Lakes.
