I will contact one of the local agents to see if they are able to answer this question for you.

A good way to narrow down the areas is to check out the School ratings. Go to each county school website and see what areas have the A & B school ratings. Orland area has several counties, Orange, Seminole, Oceola, Lake etc.

There is a Website for any city in America:
https://www.crimereports.com/home/iphone_app iphone app
https://www.crimereports.com/home website
As a Realtor, by law, we cannot specify areas because of fair housing. These are the sites I personally would be checking if I wanted to know.

Thanks for the website listing. I, as well being an out of state buyer that is looking for property in Florida have similar questions and have been doing research in the Florida area for about the past 3 years now.
It's kind of tough, and really depends on what your looking for and if you have kids, will be working in the city etc...
Thanks again, every little bit helps!

OK Let's rephrase the question. Based on property values increases or decreases over past 2 years, and current vacancy rate and foreclosure rates, what areas of Orlando would you recommend moving in to or avoiding. Base your answer on economic not social/race/crime.

Hello,
By law, Realtors are not allowed to tell you what areas to stay away from. The best way to find out is to check with the police in the area you are interested in and see the crime stats.

Hope this helps.
