i went through two bankers try to fire the one i had would not let us 6 months of calling trying to find out were the home was. 2000.00 lost and no home.

BEst to do your research on realtors i was hung up on lied to and betrayed not by zip. believe me alot are out there scammers!

we are living in a bad envirnoment tried to change that but behind the sines they were lieing scamming saying things that were not true. telling onme thing another telling us another

get an knowlegable  and honest persons to work with. and never leave your money to them. 

Zip are very good people honest and caring wanted so badly to get rid if the  realtor but broker would not allow that had no broker/buyer amendement. rude uncaring greed!
