I can't see listings for previous sold homes any longer, they are all older than 4 months

Once a home has been listed as "pending,"  "closed," or otherwise taken off the market, you will no longer be able to see these properties on ZipRealty's inventory. Is there a specific reason as to why you want to still view these sold properties? Let me know, perhaps I could do some research for you? Let me know : )

When I click under sold homes a map comes up with recently sold homes near the one I'm viewing.  All the homes shown sold at least 4 months ago.  So I cannot view "recently" sold homes. That way I can compare recent prices and have a more accurate accessment.  Prior to the website makeover Zip had a pretty updated list.
