what do you know about The Enclave in Phoenix? is it a good place to buy? address is 1225 N 36Th place. What about crime rate? Is property well maintained? There are several foreclosures, but the price and photos show a beautiful place.

The Enclave is a nice property strategically located near freeways and the Sky Harbor airport. Whether or not it is a good place to buy will depend on your particular wants and needs, e.g. will it be an investment property, a second home or primary residence for you? If you are interested in learning more about the property or the area, you can ask your Realtor for a Buyer Advisory. That document will give you the email addresses you will be able to access to get more information about the particular property and about the area. If you do not have an agent, I would be happy to provide more information to you and to show the property to you. You may contact me at eharris@ziprealty.com or by phone at 480-219-8299.
Best wishes to you!

Take advice from Real Estate investors. Never ask advice or questions from a salesman. They will tell you everything you want to hear because they want a commission.
I would buy in that area unless the price is a cheap foreclosure. Nice community surrounded by crap. You'll do all your shopping 20 miles away where it's clean and no illegal hanging around the street corners over there.
