My husband and I are 1yr in a chapter 13 we are looking to lease with option to buy.

We want to know what is the process  for lease with option to buy with someone that has a chapter 13 case 1 yr new.

Please help us as we want to buy a home.

You'll want to make sure that everyone is on the same page, your attorney, the Bankruptcy Trustee, the Realtor, and the future Mortgage Loan Officer.  Once you have the blessing from all of these parties, then you can begin a specific search looking for homes that are advertising for rent, for lease/purchase, and for purchase that have been on the market for 120+days.
