Paymaster crt, auburn lakes community in Cool. Is Paymaster crt. flat or all hills? Also, how is the ride into Auburn in winter months...ice, snow, easy...?
Auburn Lakes Trails subdivision is hilly for the most part. Some slopes are more drastic than others. Prices for the subdivision are great right now. Lakes are small local lakes included in the subdivision and there is a strong emphasis on horses and riding trails. Golf course is only nine holes but convenient. Pool and tennis courts are available. There is now a small grocery store along with a small hardware store and a couple of restaurants in Cool but everything else is across the American River Parkway.
The picture look like this home is on one of the less defined sloping lots. The drive into Auburn during the winter can be difficult in the moorings due to ice more than anything. Later in the day you should be alright.
