For Roy, Utah this is a pretty quiet neighborhood.  It is close to Roy High School but not on the main route for students.  It is close to shopping, Hill Air Force Base, and Interstate 15.  I have sold several homes in this area of Roy and my clients chose here because of the close proximity to amenities but away from the main roads used to travel East and West.

 

You will hear trains in this neighborhood but pretty much all of us who live in the area hear their whistles now and then.  If you are interested in this area I would be happy to help you find the right and perfect home.
