At least the old web site had that feature. I don't see a way to search for that in the new web site.

Also doesnt show the size/length feature anymore. I like to know how long is meters & feet the property is & the house itself, in case of wanting to add buildings & /or renovating to make it larger, if I was interested in a particular house.

Hello DOz1
Looks like you are in the Santa Clara County area. I can provide you with a personal portal into the MLS database for the Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties. It can be set-up to provide you with all the public infomation available for active, pending and sold listings. Should provide everything you could ever ask for and it is direct from the source.
No cost. No obligation. No ads. Just let me know.

Oh I see. So the website was changed to make it less user friendly & force us to come to the realtors, instead of being able to view everything we need on the website & THEN decide if we want to contact a realtor? Pretty sad. That's what car dealers do & you know it never works with me & I move on to some other dealer & this case will move on to another website. Fix it to the way it was where it lists almost every option a potential home buyer may want or lose clients. Its really that simple.

The new web site is not nearly as easy to use as the old one. It actually is promting me to find another website.
The old site listed previous homes sold in the area on Map view with their proximity the home you were looking at.
You guys should put that feature back on. it was useful. Folks do not want to talk to you until they are ready to move. We want to do our own research with out a realtor telling us it is never a bad time to buy.
Just put the website the way it was beofre. It was actually pretty decent. I think I am not going to move over to Zillow.

The Sold Homes map is still there! There is a link in the Price Trends section (below the maps) called "See nearby recent sales".

Thanks for the post. I was looking all over the site for this.
