I live on the Oakland/San Leandro border in San Leandro and could not disagree more with "talltom's" comment.

Of course there are high crime areas near here, but there are 3 very nice nice neighborhoods on the border; In San Leandro you have the Broadmoor and Estudillo Estates neighborhoods and in Oakland there is Sheffield Village.

There are also several other small pockets spread around here that are "nice" and we have good weather, convenient to BART and freeways and a nice downtown area. Also, very easy to get to several of the EasyBay parks.

I am looking at a townhouse on Tucker close the E14th. The complex seems nice and if you turn left you are in San Leandro where I could see myself spending time as well as catching BART etc...

That is a decent complex and it is fairly secluded from the surrounding area.

Other than previously given, not much. As I am a Realtor, I do have to be careful about making judgement calls that may be considered as leading someone in a particular direction.
