Could not agree with you more.  Zip used to offer tools that other sites didn't and now it's no different than the rest.  Hope they listen to user feedback and bring back the things that set them apart. Otherwise, no reason to continue using Zip exclusively.

How about examples of tools and features that are now missing?

You guys should figure it out . The users are sending you a message... The old site was much more usable compared to the current one. 100%.

Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback, as Glen mentioned before, are there any specific features or tools that you miss?

Thanks,

Colin

Re: the new web site really sucks

The new website does not have lot of features what old website had about sold homes, school. I also received an email about investor info tab but I don't see it. Please fix it, otherwise I have to find another real estate site.

Re: the new web site really sucks

different users have different priorities. also, these priorities can change with the location of the property (tradeoffs).  the old UI with its segmented options gave the user control of the query order.

  • Schools in area, scores of schools,  mileage to schools.
  • crime.
  • hell -- everything.

Bring back the old UI. Tart it up, if you imagine it is necessary, change the colors, but leave the features AND the spacing (it was efficient - neither too much nor too little info per screen) intact.

From now on when people see ZipRealty UI on a resume, the first question will be, "Which one?
