I am interested in a property and Iwould like to know how much the property cost and how much it"s gonna cost to maintain. and don't give me that if you have to ask you can't afford it because no one knows what I can afford. Inappropriate? That remark was inappropriate.

When I was looking for a condo  the HOA fees were really what I went by right after the location. I think I got a great deal, i pay $1,51 per square foot (includes all but cable and phone). In my Glover Park building the 1-bedrooms have HOA fees around $500 a month (includes all, even parking, excludes cable and phone). Residents are very aware of the energy costs, and try to keep them low.Compare the fees and what you get for fees! Good luck!

Thank you very much for your response to my question. I am a first time buyer and this will be my first home, so undoubtedly I am green with regaard to most things pertaining to owning a home or a condo and I have a lot of questions. Also, to any and everyone who view my questions and respond i would like to express my most sincere appreciation. I found out that the HOA due rergarding the property that I was interested in were $750.00 per month. The property is a condo in 3107 good Hope Ave, which is a high rise building. Can anyone tell me what all is covered in those HOA fees?

The condo fee at 3107 Good Hope Avenue covers the following items: Air Conditioning, Electricity, Ext Bldg Maint, Heat, Management, Master Ins Policy, Road Maint, Snow Removal, Trash Removal
HOA/Condo/Coop Management:
