My husband and I are a year into our bankruptcy payment plan. How can someone in our situation go about purchasing a home. What are the typical requirements, steps, etc. involved for people in our situation.
My apologies, its Chapter 13. We are looking at the McDonough and Conyers areas. We are looking at homes that are below $90k, as a first time home. Any information that you can provide would be most helpful :-)
