Need a good handy man at affordable price

We recently bought a fixer upper and are searching for good handy man to help fix up the house:

 

1. new fence

2. flooring

3. kitchen cabinet installs

4. some new dry walls

5. lots of paints

 

Other works such as electric/plumbing will be contractor base.  Will need quote and will work it through our property manager.
