To my knowledge, the "no doc" type loans went away about 2 years ago. In fact, "no doc" loans, and similar loose lending requirements have been partially blamed with the national housing crisis. I seriously doubt we will see any loans of that variety during our life time again. At least not from main stream lenders. There may be some portfolio investors who would consider them, but I seriously doubt it. tT

Same as Mitch and others. We have programs available at 70% and even over $1million.
Some stated income programs even offer pledged assets , stocks and mutual funds, as collateral.

Be careful of the ones that want to see bank statements for 12 months and have you sign a 4506 tax return. They are basically doing an alternative full document loan.
