By default, email notifications does not include the body of the text but if you prefer to have the body as well as subject in your email notification, here is how you can adjust your personal settings to make it happen.
In your own My Settings, click on the Subscriptions and Bookmarks tab, then you will see Subscription Options. I marked the item you want to mark in Red below...
Once you have configured the email notification to include subject and body, future email notifications of new posts to the board will also include the message of the post, not just the subject.
